In this article, you’ll learn how to manage the follow-up of the assigned lead in your Membroz account.
Steps to follow up the leads:
To manage the follow-up of the assigned leads, first log in to the staff account to whom the leads are assigned.
Step-1. Click on the ‘Active Lead’ shown on the dashboard.
Step-2. Select any lead.
Step-3. Add ‘Disposition’ to that lead, assign the lead again to the channel head for the final decision & click on the ‘Save’ button.
