Trial period does impose a few temporary limits on the software, like the number of emails you can send or no SMS is allow during free trial. Otherwsie, you get a full experience of the depth and breadth of Membroz, so you know exactly what you’re getting when you become a Membroz customer.
No. You can sign up and use Free trial wihout entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial or when you decide to upgrade to paid plan, you will need enter credit card details.
Before end of free trial period, you can upgrade to paid plan any point of time by making online payment. If you are not decided to upgrade and your free plan end, your account will be blocked and you not longer able to access application. If you decide to purchase paid plan, please call customer sales team and they would happy to help you.
Yes, Membroz is pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on “Plans & Billing” in your Membroz account, to change your plan.
There’s no contract – just pay as you go, month-on-month (applicable only for Basic & Standard Plans. Branded & Enterprise Plans are billed yearly). You can cancel at any time without penalty. We do give discount on yearly contract purchase which will benefit you.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you’d like us to accept purchase order or take any form of offline payment, please contact account manager or write to support@membroz.com
We take data security seriously at Membroz. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center like AWS and Azure, we ensure that our application is always up to date. all our plan include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
If you ever decide that Membroz isn’t fit into your requirement for your business, simply cancel your account from your control panel. there is no penalty on cancellation.
You can use data import features available in your setup to import large chunk of data instantly. you can import clients, members, leads, membership and packages at any point of time.
Membroz will provide you flexibility to design your membership and packages and add your plan attributes. You can add as many membership as you want.
As such there is no restriction to have as many members, membership or customer. however, we recommend you to use Enterprise/Branded plan if your members exceed 1000 count.
Membroz is built on latest technology and is completely responsive UI for small to large device like mobile, tablet or desktop. you can operate Membroz using any device. apart from that, Membroz provide native mobile app to manage some of functions like CRM, Member App and Staff App.
Our team make great effort to setup your account, they have to create and release branded app with your logo and other images which is 1-2 weeks process. They have to put effort to setup dedicated server and db to get you started.
