Use Loyalty Rewards Points Into your Membroz Account

In this article, you’ll learn how to use loyalty rewards in your Membroz account.

Step-1. In the organization menu, select ‘Marketing’.

Step-2. Navigate to ‘Loyalty Award Settings’.

Step-3. Enable the loyalty reward settings & click on the ‘Save’ button.

You can also enable advanced settings to add loyalty rewards on a particular product or service.

Step-4. In the organization menu, select ‘Memberships’ & navigate to the ‘Member’.

Step-5. Click on ‘Member number’.

Step-6. Click on ‘RFID Card’ & select ‘Register RFID card’.

Step-7. Enter the card details & click on the ‘Save’ button.

Reward points will be credited to your card.

Step-8. In the organization menu, select ‘Service & Appointment’ & navigate to ‘Frontdesk’.

Step-9. Enter the customer or member name & select any Product.

Step-10. Click on the ‘Checkout’ option.

Step-11. Select the Payment Method & click on the ‘PayNow’ button.

Step-12. The receipt is generated.

To check whether the loyalty rewards have been credited to your account:-

Step-13. In the organization menu, select ‘Wallet’.

Step-14. Navigate to ‘Wallet Transaction’.

Here you will find the list of reward points transactions as shown below.
